Q) What are your hours of Operation?

A) We are open Monday through Friday:  9am to 5pm CST

 Holidays that we are closed are:

  New Year’s Day

  Memorial Day

  4th Of July

  Labor Day

  Thanksgiving

Q)  What is your exchange/ return policy?

A) Atlas 46 accepts all returns and exchanges on orders under 46 days from the ship date. Use the link https://track.shipstation.com/f/r/f/Yd3I0o0rB1WHMlA6uUyxDw%3D%3D to initiate a return. You will need your order number and zip code to print a prepaid return label. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the items at our warehouse.  Exchange orders/additional payments will be processed at this time as well. For an exchange, please include a note in the box regarding what you would like to exchange for. If ship date is past 60 days, contact Customer Service to find out return/exchange eligibility. Q)  Can I pay for my goods over 6 months?
A) Yes, with Paypal Credit you can pay for your purchase over a 6 month time period. Click here for instructions.

 

Q)  Does Atlas 46 offer volume discounts?
A) Yes, If you are interested in purchasing over $5,000 in gear, please contact our sales department at [email protected] to learn about all of the different options we offer and get your team using the greatest construction gear and work-wear in the world!

 

Q)  Does Atlas 46 offer any savings for clubs, companies, or other organizations?
A) Yes, our Corporate Program allows clubs, companies, unions, and other organizations to save money for employees or members when purchasing Atlas 46 products!  Applying for your respective group is easy;  click here to get started and someone from our sales team will contact you within 1 - 2 business days with your new account information. *Your organization must have 25 or more individuals to participate.

 

Q)  What do we mean by Trial/Demo Goods and Factory Seconds?
A) Trial/Demo goods are any of the products we sell that customers returned to us because they either didn’t like how it fit or it didn’t work out for them. Those items get inspected once more to verify there are no major issues that would compromise the functionality of our gear.

 

The Factory Seconds are any products with slight imperfections that we won’t sell to customers at full price. Imperfections may include crooked sew lines or defects in the material. None of these will affect the usage of our gear. All of our Trial/Demo goods and the Factory Seconds maintain the Life-Time Warranty!

 

 

Q)  I’ve gone in to check the status of my order and it is still processing-  has my order shipped?

A) If your order says processing- it has not shipped.  We submit tracking information every afternoon as soon as our shipping is completed for the day.   If you have any questions regarding stock, or status of your order, please contact us at 636-600-9165 or via email at [email protected]

 

Q) Can I make changes to my order?

A) Yes, changes can be made to an order up to the day it ships.  Any monetary difference will be required at the time the changes are made, and any credits can be done immediately as well if applicable.  Please know that stock levels vary and not all items are in stock, so changing items may delay the shipping of your order by 2-4 weeks depending on the item. Q)  What is the Altas 46 product warranty?

A) Atlas 46 warrants all tool pouches, bags and apron products against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. Please know - the warranty is void should a component of the product be utilized in a manner considered outside the normal course of activities for which the product was designed.  This warranty is void should the product be abused through improper care and maintenance, or outside modifications and/or repairs.  The customer/ end user has the ability to return items for issues such as, but are not limited to, wearing of the velcro, seam tears, missing pieces, etc.

Apparel Warranty:   We offer a limited lifetime warranty on the workmanship of these products. What this means is we guarantee all of the stitching and assembly aspects of our apparel, but not the material itself. We offer a 46 day trial period on all orders and will supply a prepaid shipping label for your convenience at your request. Please see the exchange/ return policy for further details.

 

Q) Are any items FR Rated/Certified?

A) No.  None of the items that we currently offer are FR Certified.  We do use a FR material on the base layer of our work pants (CWP’s ONLY), but they are not certified.  The Cordura nylon that we use on our pouches can only withstand heat up to approximately 500 degrees, but will still burn/ melt at higher temps.  Make sure you follow us on Facebook for all of our new product releases!

 

Q) Can I wash my Atlas gear?

A) We don’t recommend washing the pouches and belts in a wash machine, but using a mild detergent and a scrub brush works well.  Hang drying is also advised.    For the works pants and shorts- machine wash cold with mild soap and detergent- tumble dry low.  Fabric softener and extreme heat are not recommended.
